Dear Parents and Carers, Thank youThank you all for your kind words, support and thoughtfulness during this difficult time. It is truly appreciated.
We would like to thank the whole school community as we have navigated the days since John’s death. The children have responded with sensitivity and understanding. I would like to personally thank all staff and the Local Authority, who have worked with us for the benefit of all of our children. Dol-Y-MocOur Year 6 children had an absolutely fantastic time on their residential visit to Dol-y-Moch! They embraced every challenge with enthusiasm and determination, from climbing mountains and exploring underground mines to canoeing across beautiful lakes. They also developed their independence by making their own sandwiches and even making their own beds! It was wonderful to see the children pushing themselves out of their comfort zones, supporting one another and creating memories that will last a lifetime. We are incredibly proud of how they approached every adventure and the resilience, teamwork and confidence they demonstrated throughout the week. Well done, Year 6! Mrs Haywood - MarathonA huge congratulations to Mrs Haywood, who took on the incredible challenge of running the Chester Marathon last weekend! This is a fantastic achievement and one that takes an enormous amount of dedication, determination and perseverance. We are incredibly proud of her and hope she has had a well-deserved rest following such an amazing accomplishment. Well done, Mrs Haywood!
